Cursillo Ultreya

John and Robin Kutsor, 256-658-2425

After a weekend encounter with God, Cursillistas meet in small friendship groups where they discuss and are challenged and encouraged on their faith journey. The Cursillo Charism, approved by the Catholic Church in 1971, stresses that its members live what is fundamental to being a Christian through friendship. Once a month, the entire St. John’s Cursillo community meets for a witness talk and fellowship. The meeting is called Ultreya and brings the Cursillistas at St. John’s together to grow in friendship and strengthen their community.

Meets year-round: 4th Thursday at 7:30 pm All Purpose Room.
